Plus Size Women Clothing

I would like to hear of some testimonials/opinions on clothes shopping from young, plus size women. How hard is it to find clothes that fit that are actually sold in stores at the mall? Or to find plus size clothes in the mall that are actually stylish or that don't look like it came from your grandmother's closet? Is it frusterating to order plus size clothes from an online store or catalog, only to find out that they don't fit right? I would love to hear any and all stories you have about these and anything else clothes shopping related you would like to share. I will be using this information as background research for a college-level speech I am giving on the need of more plus size stores and selections in todays malls, because not everyone can order clothes from an online store and be satisfies with the fit (something they would have been able to avoid if they were shopping in a real store in the mall). i used to be plus size. it was a bitch finding jeans that fit right.

i have plus size friends who say the thing that irritates them most is finding age aproprate clothing. theres torrid which carries pretty much night club wear for people in their early twentys, then everywhere else the clothes just look like they are made for old people.

I'm about size 18 or 16 and I need links to places were I can get cool clothers preffurably SKATER clothes or rely nice DRESSY clothes, also affordbable LOL

I don't know what a wholesale dropshipper is. There are lots of places that dropship cheap stuff, but I wouldn't consider all of them wholesalers. They have to charge more to make up for the additional cost of doing your work for you. More than likely there's a source somewhere that doesn't dropship that sells the same products even cheaper. That's just plain economics. Also, there are probably 1000 other people with relationships with that same dropshipper all selling the same stuff. I would bet your profit margin would be higher on some item NOT handled by a dropshipper – it would be far less interesting to people that want to make money without trying to do anything – less people, less competition – less competition, the more profit margin.

I think it is a conspiracy against the big girls. The skinny girls are afraid we might have a bit of style or something.

They say big girls should not wear stripes, spandex, gaudy prints or boot leg jeans. Guess what? Thats about all they sell in plus size stores!!!

All womens plus size clothes dont look like granny clothes. My mother is a plus size woman and she has beautiful clothes. Se dresses sexy for size. She mainly shops at Ashley Stewart but there are alot of other stores that have sections for Plus Size women such as Simply Fashions and Rainbow. You just have to shop around. My mom wears stripes, bootleg jeans and alot of toher things thay say that big girls shouldnt wear but she actually looks better than the smaller girls.
